Guest Drawing Room

Is a wonderful place to have a drink before you go out and is available for your use at any time. Please remember to show consideration for those who may be sleeping above if you return late.

Stables and Turnout Paddocks

Available all year round for your use, please ask for details when making a reservation.

Parking for Cars, Horsebox or Trailer

There is ample space within the grounds to park your car, horsebox or trailer on a gravelled car park.

Secure Storage for Firearms

We have a gun safe for your use if you are coming to shoot in Norfolk. We will sign you the key and you will remain responsible for your firearm during your stay.

Tennis Court with Ball Machine

Make use of the tennis court as you please and as the weather permits. If you want to do a little practice on your own please ask for the automatic ball machine.

Kennels and Dogs

Dogs are very welcome at The Manor House but, we regret, are not permitted in the bedrooms. We have kennels for these residents adjacent to the stables. We have our own dogs here. They are not permitted in the kitchen while food is being prepared and are very friendly.

Cot, Buggy, Highchair

If you travel without one of the essential items, then please ask as we have a limited number of items.

Terrace

The terrace is situated in front of the conservatory and is available for your use. When the weather is good enough we will put out sunloungers and tables and chairs so you can enjoy the view and perhaps take afternoon tea al fresco!

Rooms

All have en-suite bath and/or shower, 26” flatscreenTV, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, spare blankets are available. Our linen is from The White Company. Sheets and covers are a luxurious 400 percale thread Egyptian cotton, fillings are duck down pillow and duvet as standard. If you require synthetic pillows please ask.

Afternoon Tea - by arrangement.

We are happy to provide afternoon tea; a homemade cake and choice of teas either for your arrival or perhaps for your return from a day out. Please discuss with us as you reserve or when you arrive.

Packed Lunch and Hampers for your days out

As with afternoon tea we are very happy to help you cater for days out. A hamper for the beach perhaps?

Again we will need to discuss your requirements in advance, although we will always try to meet any short notice requirements.

Wine Cellar

We are licensed to sell wines and keep a small but exclusive list. Why not enjoy a bottle of Champagne in your room as you get ready or in the Guest Drawing Room before you depart. We have a small number of coolers which we can lend you to take with a hamper on your day out.

Babysitting.

By prior arrangement we can provide babysitting by CRB checked sitters.
